To set up the box, you need to visit product's support website and download the PDF which contains all the installation instructions. The file is in PDF format and you'll need a compatible PDF reader (Adobe Reader is ok for this operation). Follow the instructions in the PDF and the device will be installed properly.
I cannot run or start the program. It is still at the first page. Can you help?

First, make sure that your UST Pro II Box is not connected to your PC and your computer runs Windows XP, Windows 2000, Windows Me or Windows 98 operating system. After that, uninstall the software, delete the installation package, navigate to the official web page and press Setup_Win9xMe_v110.exe (for Windows 98 and Windows Me) or Setup_XP2K_v300.exe (for Windows XP or Windows 200). Next, save the file to your computer and install the application following the steps from the official user guide. If your computer runs Windows Vista or above, try installing and running the software using the Compatibility Mode. Right-click on the installer, select Properties and click the Compatibility tab. Check Run this program in compatibility mode for box, select a compatible operating system from the list, click Apply and then OK. After that, right-click again on the installation package and select Run as Administrator option.
